The MRU IGF 2025 aims to provide a collaborative platform for stakeholders across the Mano River Union region – including Liberia, Sierra Leone, Guinea, and Côte d’Ivoire – to engage in dialogue on pressing internet governance issues, digital development, cyber policy, and regional digital inclusion. This year’s forum will spotlight AI, youth engagement, digital rights, cybersecurity, and cross-border collaboration.

🔹 Logistics
To ensure a smooth experience for all participants, we’ve outlined key logistics information:
Airport Transfers
- Free shuttle transport will be available from Roberts International Airport (ROB) to select partner hotels.
- Arrivals begin from October 7, 2025. Departure shuttles available on October 11, 2025.
Accommodation
- Special rates secured for IGF delegates at partner hotels.
- Early booking is recommended. Visit the “Venue” tab for accommodation options.
Meals & Refreshments
- Daily lunch and coffee breaks provided during the forum.
- Cultural networking dinner on October 9 (Day 1 evening).
Travel & Visa
- Delegates requiring visas should apply at least four weeks in advance.
- A formal invitation letter will be provided upon request after registration confirmation.
COVID-19 Protocols
- Hand sanitizing stations and temperature checks at the entrance.

🔹 MRU SIG 2025 (MRU School on Internet Governance)
The MRU School on Internet Governance (MRU SIG 2025) is a one-day pre-event training program scheduled for October 8, 2025, aimed at building the next generation of Internet Governance leaders in the MRU region.
