Access to the MRU IGF event is by invitation only. If you have received an invitation, please follow the instructions to register. For those without an invitation but interested in attending, you may apply via the event website www.mruigf.org/register . Early registration is highly recommended to ensure participation.

Please ensure your passport is valid for at least six months from your arrival date in Sierra Leone. It is recommended that you apply for your visa well in advance to avoid delays.

TRAVEL / FLIGHTS

Delegates are encouraged to book their flights to Freetown early. You are responsible for arranging your travel to and from the event. Ensure your ticket matches the name on your passport or ID, and check-in online if the airline permits it. Be at the airport at least three hours before your flight departs.

 

TRANSPORTATION

Upon arrival in Freetown, you can book airport transfers through your hotel or use local ride-hailing services such as Aberdeen Watertxi from Lungi to Freetown and other and City Car/Taxi  (where available). It is recommended to arrange transportation ahead of time.
